Cook Time20 Minutes
Ingredients
4 (1 lb) salmon fillets
2 Tbs Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
2 Tbs honey
2 Tbs Sriracha sauce
1 Tbs Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
1 Tbs fresh ginger, grated
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
fresh parsley and green onions, for garnish
Directions
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Spray with cooking spray. Place salmon fillets on foil. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients (except garnish). Whisk thoroughly to combine. Pour over the salmon. Let marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Adjust oven rack to be 6 inches from broiler. Preheat broiler to high or 500° F. Place salmon under broiler. Cook for 10 minutes or until an instant-read meat thermometer registers 130° F. The sauce will begin to caramelize, and the top of the salmon will brown. If salmon begins to burn before it is cooked through, turn off the broiler to let salmon continue cooking in hot oven for 3 to 5 minutes or until done.
- Remove from oven. Place salmon on a serving platter. Pour any sauce left on the baking sheet over the salmon. Garnish with parsley and green onions.
Callout: Serve the salmon with jasmine rice and sugar snap pea stir-fry.
